Shipping Policy

This website provides a simple and secure shopping process. Once you register as a member, you can easily place an order. Our user-friendly guided interface ensures a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience.

First-time shopping:

Select product >> Add to Shopping Bag >> Register as Member >> Fill in Shipping / Payment Details >> Complete Purchase

Returning Customer:

Select product>> Add to shopping bag>> Log in with Account & Password>> Fill in Shipping / Payment Details >> Complete Purchase

  • Due to logistics restrictions, the maximum number of items that can be placed in a shopping bag for a single order of 12 pieces (6 pieces * 2) is 4, and for a single order of 24 pieces, the maximum number of items that can be placed in a shopping bag is 2.
  • Once an order has been placed, product details, order combinations, payment methods, and delivery options cannot be modified, in order to avoid shipping delays.
  • After completing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
  • Invoices will be issued once payment is completed and sent to the member’s registered address within 7 days.
    If there are any errors in invoice details, please contact Customer Service within 5 days of receiving the invoice, specifying the corrections needed. Our staff will assist you promptly.

Delivery Information
  • Service Area: Currently limited to home delivery within Taiwan (main island only). Offshore islands are not yet available.
  • Recipient Information: Please provide complete name, address, and contact number to avoid delays caused by incorrect details.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated 2–4 days. Actual arrival time may vary depending on logistics conditions.
Product Returns & Exchange Policy 

PASSION 24 offers customers a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) starting from the date of product delivery.
If you have concerns about the received product, please keep the item properly and contact Customer Service as soon as possible. PASSION 24 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of returns or exchanges.

Return Process:

  1. Product Inspection: If the product has an aluminum cap and you notice swelling or bulging before the expiration date, please do not consume. Contact Customer Service immediately.
  2. Return Request: Within 7 days, contact Customer Service and provide the recipient’s name, phone number, order number, reason for return (with photos). Our staff will assist you with the process.
  3. Product Return: After confirmation, please use the original PASSION 24 packaging box and include the invoice (along with accessories / gifts) when returning the item. Ship the package to the designated address via courier at your own expense.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will conduct a quality inspection for defects or damage.
  5. Refund Confirmation: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment account.

Important Notes
  • As our products are edible goods, once the jar is opened, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for food safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Returns will not be accepted if damage occurs due to human factors during the 7-day appreciation period.
  • Returned items must include the product, invoice, accessories, and gifts. Incomplete returns may be refused.
