Return and Exchange Policy

1. Product cooling-off period

In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, PASSION 24 offers members a 7-day cooling-off period.

(Please note: the cooling-off period is not a trial period. If, upon inspection, you find the product unsatisfactory, please do not open or use it. Instead, follow the return policy guidelines immediately.)

If you wish to return a product, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the item and provide the following details : Full Name、Order Number、Contact Number、Product Name to be Returned、Reason for Return (with photos). Customer Service will assist you with the return and exchange process.

2. Return Policy

a. Returned items must be unused and free from any damage not caused by manufacturing defects. The 7-day cooling-off period is provided for you to reconsider and confirm whether the product meets your needs; it is not intended as a product trial period. Please keep the product in its original packaging (including outer carton). Returns without complete packaging will not be accepted.

b. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Exceeding the 7-day cooling-off period.
  • Product has been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors (e.g., stains, malfunction, breakage, scratches, dents, dirt).
  • Product packaging is incomplete, or missing invoices/accessories/free gifts.
  • Malicious or excessive returns.
    3. Return Procedure

    a. Product Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please check the product. As the beverage cans use aluminum caps, if you notice swelling or bulging before the expiration date, do not consume and contact PASSION 24 Customer Service immediately.

    b. Return Request: Within the 7-day cooling-off period, contact PASSION 24 Customer Service and provide the recipient’s name, phone number, order number, product name to be returned, and reason for return (with photos). Our staff will assist you.

    c. Product Return: Once approved, please use the original PASSION 24 packaging box and include the invoice (and any accessories/free gifts). Ship the product back to the designated address using a logistics provider of your choice (shipping cost to be borne by the customer).

    d. Inspection: Once PASSION 24 receives the returned product, it will undergo an inspection for defects or damages.

    e. Refund Confirmation: Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment account.

    • As PASSION 24 products are consumables, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the jar has been opened, for food safety and hygiene reasons.
    • If the product is damaged due to human factors during the 7-day period, PASSION 24 reserves the right to reject the return request.
    • Returns must include the product, invoice, accessories, and free gifts. Incomplete returns may be refused.
    4. Refund Policy

    a. Credit Card Payments: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original credit card account.

    b. LINE Pay Payments: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed online. The actual refund timing depends on LINE Pay’s processing schedule.
